Steve's barking at congress and reading comprehension

Congress opened it's session by reading the Constitution, proving that it can read, it doesn't prove that the members understand what they were reading. I'm under the firm belief that the majority of our congress people would fail a simple test in reading comprehension.
How can this country complain about low test scores when our law makers don't understand  the real meaning of what they are reading.
I'm a strong believer that we should have a constitutional amendment that in order to run for office one must past a reading comprehension and an American history test similar to that given to immigrants applying for citizenship, there by knocking out 90 percent of the senate and the house.

Steve's barking at an N word

I'm getting a little tired about hearing a word that begins with the letter n can't be said or even read.
A pun dent on Fox News doesn't want you to use the r word.
Well I'm going to write a true story using words that might be offensive.
A bank robber went into a bank with a stocking over his head.
He went over to the bank teller and told her to hand over all her money because he had a gun.
The bank teller said she couldn't hear him, so this (N word) nitwit did the (R word) ridiculous thing by taking off the stocking from his head so he could be heard. A half hour after he robbed the bank he was caught when the police spotted him from a picture taken from a surveillance camera in the bank.

Now I realise these aren't the correct words but its a way to make fun of the foolish.
A young adult will use the word to get a rise out of those who find offense of those words.
A child will try to find out what those words are just to get a giggle out of those words.

Steve's barking Does Neil Cavuto know what free market means?

I was surfing the boob tube last week when I came across a fellow named Neil Cavuto.
Now Mister Cavuto whom I understand beside being an anchor on Fox business news is also managing editor for Fox business.
Anyway to get on with the story, Mr. Cavuto read the story that Bank of America was raising it fees and creating news, as he was reading he claimed that Bank of America was raising its fees because of new government regulation, hinting all the while that this is what all bank were going to do.
Let me inform Mr Cavuto competition dictates what a business does or doesn't do in a free market not government regulations.
Let me also inform Mr. Cavuto that in all likely hood Bank of America would raise it's fee if there was no regulation if they felt that they could get away with it. The purpose of business is to Maximze profits and if they felt that charging fees that other banks aren't and have a greater profit despite losing some clients then that's exactly what they should be doing.
Government's job is to protect the citizens and that's what it regulations do.
This is high school economics. It's about time business news persons learn it  .

Steve's barking at the phony pension and social security time bombs

Oh no Mr. Bill we short sighted Americans are doing it again.
We can't afford pensions, we can't afford to to give our children full social security.
The fact of the matter we have to have a better pension system, we can't have every 65 year old working.
The competition between young and old will have excess people in the labor force. Excellent if you like civil unrest.
Oh I forgot to mention because of advancement in technology and competition from abroad the amount of jobs in the United States will decrease. ( Yes I know that it's been predicted since we the beginning of the industrial revolution, but eventually it will come to fruition).
I keep hearing of pension and social security time bombs. If you can have  a system that those who work pay for the pension of those who don't or if in the case of public pensions and social security you can slightly raise taxes to cover the short falls.
My ranting and raving in this blog is to point the foolishness of the chicken Little's of this country who are afraid of a bomb that can be very easily handled like fire and the inability to realize that we have an unemployment bomb that can easily be thermonuclear, and it's here today.
