Wether the Republican Party keeps control of the U.S. Congress is up to reduction of taxes and if the workers see it in their paycheck. If the average person see no reduction or an increase in their taxes they can say goodbye to the majority in Congress. Now if the average person gets more money in their pocket even if the rich get a bigger tax benefit.
A tax break for the populous could very well be bad news for the Democratic Party.
If the Republicans losses congress, bad news for the President. The long knives are out for him.

Steve’s Barking; The craziest healthcare system anyone could devise
Medicare is the craziest healthcare system anyone could devise.
We Americans pay taxes into this universal healthcare insurance starting with our first job To the last.
Only problem this isn’t healthcare insurance but really just hospital insurance for us old people, starting for most at 65. Now we have this option to buy a Federal insurance know as Medicare part B.
We senior pay 30% of the cost, the federal government pays 70% out of the general funds.
But this isn’t good enough, for most doctors will not except this amount so we have to purchase supplementary insurance. Now this still isn’t good enough, most of us still have to pay more money to the doctor. This is known as a co-pay.
Now we who have Medicare buy government insurance, then buy private insurance. After that we have to still reach into our pockets and pay the doctor some more. This after having payed our whole working life for hospital insurance in our old age. Now if this isn’t crazy I don’t know what is, with the exception that an overwhelming majority love it.
