 The question of the day is did Covid hurt housing n the US of  A?

 The U.S. government told those who couldn’t afford the rent because of lack of work that the rent would be suspended. It was the best of ideas, it was the worst of ideas. If you can’t pay the rent because of lack of money the government stopped many from being homeless. Because of lack of money perhaps many apartments deteriorated were they would take a small fortune to bring back to livable conditions. This would seem to hurt the rental stock.

Steve’s Barking : I’d rather be an idiot than right!🤪

I’d rather be an idiot than right, for being an idiot my country and my family will be safe and affordable. Being right, the price of goods and services will triple, the arm forces will collapse and turn into a joke. Why oh why would I say this. Well when you hire hacks for the arm services you shouldn’t expect good results. When you put taxes on goods the prices of those goods will go up. We get a lot of our food stuff from Mexico, as I know very well as the lettuce I just bought was from Mexico. The stocks that my pension owns will take a hit, because the American companies that have plants in Mexico will lose money depressing those companies stock.

Now if I’m an idiot and none of these things hold true, it’s good for me and my family.

Steve’s Barking ; Let’s cut staffing of American government that’s already understaff

 Now I understand that there is a plan underway to cut government spending. There is even two gentlemen  entrepreneurs who are in charge of finding ways to cut spending in the American budget. . Now there might be some waste in American spending, thought I find it hard t believe. Our highways are a mess. Try flying and the lines because of TSA. What about trying to get Social Security?Are theSocial Security offices fully staffed? What about getting a doctor. What about Medicare? What about getting a speedy trial? What about tax collectors who collect tariffs ? Do we really have too many people in the patent office? Do we.have too many people in the congressional office in the district offices?

Steve’s Barking; Justification of Israel, Palestine who owns the land is Irrelevant

 WTF 😳, The Palestinians we’re on the land first. No, there were Jews on the land going back to the Bible and never left. G-d promised the land to the Jews. The Jews pushed the Arabs out by way of the gun. No the Arabs tried to push the Jews out with intimidation and violence. The UN proposed that the land be split between Jews and Arabs. The Jews said yes and the Arabs said no. No says some this was always Arab land and the Jews just took it……I know I’m missing many arguments but so what, the real reason there is an Israel, is just like every country on the face of this earth it has to do with with tribalism, nomadic people, and survival. There isn’t a country on the face of this earth that is any different. Justification be damned. In that respect Israel is no different then any country.

Steve’s barking: A billion dollar plus loss

 There is a political party in the US who just spent over a Billion Dollars only to lose pretty badly. Why is that? 

 Before I tell you what those in the party claim I’m going to tell you all my take. 

 The operatives in the Republican were how shall I say it (hmm) much better than the operatives in the Democratic Party. You heard it here first, the operatives in the Republican Part  were a lot better than the people running the Democratic election campaign.

 No you muddled headed fools it had nothing to do with the working class voters. The teamsters don’t have the same problems as the UFT, the same is true IBEW. Does the worker in the supermarket have the same concerns as the Livery Driver, I think not. So when some fool tells me the Democratic Party forgot the working class Voters, these fool don’t even know what the working class voter wants.

 The voters were afraid of immigrants, they were afraid of violence, they were afraid of uncontrolled influence in the schools (drag queens teaching reading and other nonsense). What did the Democratic Party do to deflect these fears, I have no idea.

 And no MS Nancy a primary would have made the things worse, because the diversity in the Democratic Party would have everyone going their own way and the possibility, no a probability that more Democrats wouldn’t have voted.

Steve’s Barking; The stock market 📈 is a Ponzi scheme!

 The stock market in the United States is a Ponzi scheme. Oh no, that can’t be true. After all a lot of the wealth is based upon the price of stocks. We say at the price of stocks is based upon earnings or what the company is doing. Of course that’s not true. The price of stocks Is based upon what people or Pensions are putting into it, even though a good portion of the major stocks such as Tesla don’t pay dividends .That is a Pyramid scheme. I don’t understand why people should care about how much money the company makes if they don’t get any money out of it. In all logic that’s just a pyramid scheme. We really don’t know if the company is really making money or not. We trust the audits just like we trusted the auditors in Enron. no, if I’m not mistaken and Enron was the fifth richest company in America when it went bankrupt. Now I personally wouldn’t care if it wasn’t for some buffoons claim that Social Security is a Ponzi when it at least pays out the  money it takes in.

Steve’s Barking: Mass deportation of illegal emigrants in America (Nah)

 Well of cause there is going to be mass deportation of those migrants who came into the United States illegally, didn’t the president elect just hired bosses who are more then Go home to get those who they believe are here illegally. The problem is that he’s going to have to hire thousands upon thousands, who will throw those illegals out. Do you think he has the ability to do this?

Steve’s Barking: Take a way - Money can’t by you love (wins) in elections

 This  presidential election proved none thing that no one ( no one ) has stated so far that money can’t buy you victory in elections. The Democrats had a far advantage over the Republicans in fund raising and spending yet look at the results.

 The Democrats and many Republicans have this mistaken idea that you need to have more money and outspend your opponent or ya gonna lose. 

 The problem is the Republicans had a massage that the voting population believed, and the only message that’s the Democrats is that they are running against the devil, which the populist didn’t believe.

 One of the Trump’s campaign slogans was that there was no wars that he got us into. Now there was an American President who campaign on a similar slogan and he lead us into WWI.  Just saying!!!

Steve’s Barking; Growing up watching and listening to Susan Wiles dad

 Susan Wiles ( Trumps new Chief of staff ) dad was Pat Summerall. This is the Guy who got me interested in professional football. First as a kicker with the New York Giants, then as the guy I would listen to on televised NFL games. How can I ( as much as I want too) not like the daughter of the guy I watched and listen to when I was when growing up and as a person in my 20s.

Steve’s Barking; Another idiotic take on what the Democratic Party did wrong by me

 Gee I just read the take by B Sanders on what went wrong 😑 with the election and and how the Democratic Party forgot the working man. Well…. That’s one of many that in all likelihood is wrong 😑 headed in the thinking 🤔 of what the workers wanted.

  My foolish take on what the Dems got wrong is they let the craziness of of gender identification  get out of hand. They didn’t blame the Venezuelans sneaking over them Mexican border on the Republicans who egged them on to come to the states while the getting was good and their fore having a campaign issue. There by reversing the issue. Now as far as the issue of inflation is concerned 😟 I remember not being able to buy toilet paper in the beginning of the pandemic 😷 hmmm.2020 and who was the pres?

Guess who outspent who by a lot this present election cycle. Ya think maybe the Republicans have better people running their campaigns? 

Steve’s Barking; America’s voted for stagflation yesterday

 America voted for stagflation in yesterday’s election. What do I mean by that. We voted in a person who said that he will make tariffs higher, the price of goods will go up, as in any non free market. Our business will have a hard time selling overseas, forcing them to open factories overseas there by reducing our work force. 

It appears to me that a major reason the Democratic Party took it n the chin was the illegal emigration that in all probability was caused by the Republican Party spreading the word to Venezuelans and other Latinos that they had better try to sneak in to the states under a weak president.

There is a strong indication that American farms need those immigrants to work on their farms to keep the cost down, if the cost goes up on say eggs and milk it’s called inflation.

 Holly Hanna we only added an anemic  12, 000 jobs this Oct according to the Department Of Labor, but wait a minute ADP reports a robust 233,000 new jobs created in Oct. That discrepancy is way, and I mean way out of line. Who do ya trust? 💁
