Steve's barking at Mayor Bloomberg's next social experiment

I'm been trying to track down the rumor that Mayor Bloomberg is going to ban stock quotation machines from the desk of New Yorkers. He will be doing this by having $100000 tax on every machine and computers that show stocks in real time. He is doing this to slow down day trading for as we all know that day trading can be bad for your fiscal health.
