Steve's barking; dysfunctional government good?

In my lifetime the past two years have been the most dysfunctional government in the US. Even more dysfunctional then in the Clinton years. Now my peeps have been praising my president for lowering unemployment. Cut the budget federal budget deficit. Strong growth in GDP. Now the crazies can come out and say we don't a functional government, unemployment got lower, GDP went up, and the budget deficit got lower, justifiable. Will they? No, their crazies.
