Steve's Barking; Are the rates for healthcare going up because of Obamacare.

If we Americans must by private healthcare insurance are the rates going up 25% do to the Afordable  Health Care Act, or would they go up that amount anyway? There is no way to prove it, one way or another. Insurance companies charge what ever the market will bare.
