Steve’s Barking ; Speak loudly and carry small stick

My president talks tough, threatens various counties. You would think that he was the leader of North Korea, not the United States.
It is my contention that all this posturing From my president and North Korea is really for domestic consumption, rally around our tough leader against these really bad dudes.
When I see the posturing of these tin horn  dictators  ( no I didn’t just call the president of the United States a tin horn dictator) they remind me of a cat I used to have, he would hunch up to make himself  bigger and scarier the he really to  frighten  other cats.
