There are no Russians in Crimea. How do I know, the President tells me so.
There is no rise in average global temperatures. How do I know, the President tells me so.
The Russians did no hacking in the last presidential election. How do I know, the President tells me so.
America’s has interagency community doesn’t know what it’s talking about. How do I know, the President tells me so.
My President know it all, because he gets his information out of his butt, and that’s a brilliant butt. How do I, the President tells me so.

Steve’s Barking; what’s with Ann Coulter on the Bill Maher show

I saw the Bill Maher show the other day and Ann Coulter was on. She stated that Bill Maher is worth more then her as if when she’s over at Bill Maher house and she exhausts him, she gets a flashlight and goes through his papers to find out his net worth.
She also stated that she’s ( if I got this correct) she was for the hard working guy. Now she seems to not think that federal employees and contract workers aren’t as worthy as non government workers. Perhaps she feels those who work for the government aren’t hard workers🤷‍♀️.
Now Ann Coulter might just be a great satirist or just the evil wicked witch of the east.
Perhaps she’s a democratic  saboteur, or just a dittzie Columbia University grad(?).
I haven’t the faintest idea.

In America there seems to be a war on federal civil servants, we call it Trump’s shut down.
In Russia they reduced pensions on my fellow old people.
France, raising the price on gasoline that that we poor people have a hard time getting around.
What’s with Venezuela, doesn’t those socialist like there workers?

Steve’s Barking; Please don’t poke the bear

Why the gloating. There is no money for a wall and the workers are back to work. That’s for three weeks. Repeat that’s for three weeks. No that’s not a victory, in three weeks we’ll be back at square one. Now if one thinks by  embarrassing the President you’ll have the same result I wouldn’t count on it. There is an old saying, don’t poke the bear, he’s only going to get mad.

A reduction here( Verizon) A reduction there(GM, and Tesla) Keep this up and pretty soon the United Sates will have a full grown recession.

Steve’s Barking; 2019 The year of women running for President

It’s only January and already 3 women have  announced  that they will be running for President in 2020. Another will be announcing very shortly a run for President. Keep it up and  surely  A man will get the Democratic nomination for President.

Steve’s Barking; And the number 1 welfare queen in the United States is...

Drum roll please.... The number one welfare queen in the United States of America is Senator Mitch McConnell.
* Welfare Queen, is one who takes government money and doesn’t do anything to deserve it.
Mitch McConnell gets a handsome salary for being senator and refuses to do his job.
Spending bills come from congress not the executive branch as per the constitution of the United States not the executive executive office. It’s up to the leadership of the two houses of Congress to put forth a spending bill, if the leadership of one house holds up a spending bill that resonates s not doing his or her job.
Of cause there is the promise that hundreds of thousands of federal worker not being allowed to work
because there is no spending bill will get paid.
Let’s not forget that no hearing were held for a Supreme Court  nominee, There by  bypassing their constitional duty.
So please tell me, who could be a bigger welfare queen then Senator Mitch McConnell.

Steve’s Barking; Let the world wide battle begin

Let’s have a battle royal between nations on who can treat their citizens the best.
What country does the best job with the least hunger.
What country does the best job with healthcare.
What country does the best job best job with modern transportation.
What country does the best job with freedom of thought.
What country does the best job with with keeping its citizens the happiest.
Come on Russia, come on China, Come on USA, we know your up to the challenge.
All you Europeon countries I know you’re up to the challenge. Same is true for all the Asian and South American nations, and what about you African nations, I know that each and everyone of you in a few years can challenge the more prosperous nations.

Steve’s Barking; Were’s the line in the sand for taxes

I’m going to make a statement in writing that many are going to hate me.
We pay to little in taxes.
If we “all” pay a little more in taxes it will not hurt the economy. If we pay to much the economy would suffer.
What about taxing the rich? How much should the tax be? If it’s too little it would not be much of a help. If you tax too high we might lose the the goose that  lays the golden eggs.
This is truer in states such as New York and California then it is for then it is for the U.S. as a whole.
What is the right amount of taxes? It’s a hit and miss proposition.

Steve’s Barking; Will no tax refunds in February mean a negative GDP

Much of we Americans get tax refunds to help pay our drunken spending from Christmas.
Others of use our tax refunds for down payment on large ticket items.
And still some of us invest or save.
Now all these things help pad the economy.
Now I can understand that because of the government shutdown there will be no refunds until the government’s partial shutdown is over. This is not good for the economy. I take that back, it’s  a disaster for the economy.
Now what about the workers who aren’t getting paid. Bad for the banks who lent them money and aren’t getting it back. Bad for the stores that the workers shop at.
What about those who depend who is snap ( what used to be be called food stamps). That would be negative for the stores that sell the produce. That would be negative for the farmers who grow the produce, for grocery stores will need less produce, less need,  produce prices go down.
My suggestion to all who own stock, and the government shutdown goes into February is sell, sell , sell.
