Steve’s Barking; Safety against malware.

Several towns in the great State of Texas were hit by  ransom ware.
There are certain precautions that town, cities and utilities should take.
1. Don’t use the cloud. Hacking into the cloud is not impossible.
2. Use  Ethernet to communicate between computers, it’s much more difficult to hack into a closed circuit then over the air.
3. Check any devises for any unauthorized programs.
4. If you’re using voting machines try to make them stand alone, it’s almost impossible to hack into a stand alone machine. Any  malfeasance would be done by those who programmed the machines.
