The United States Supreme Court has proven that with out a doubt that a person can be a Supreme Court justice and be totally 💯 ignorant of American History. Not only ignorant of American history but not very savvy in the English written language. The wording of the second amendment is to protect the nation not the individual, if you literally follow the wording. It also appears the the 🧑⚖️ justice have the foggiest reason that (true) reason we have the second amendment is because of Shays rebellion and the inability of the paid militia had to break into the armory to get weapons.
Now I look into abortion rights, perhaps 🤔 and in all probability the constitution doesn’t guarantee abortion, but it does guarantee that in most of the laws that the states that are banning them are unconstitutional. Oh by the way the court is saying don’t worry 😉 about precedence when the old members pass away there is a good chance that all abortions will be legal again.
