Sh** gives us Methane gas ….A major contributor to global warming…… Governors Fudd and Duffus  declared that we must stop the greenhouse affect at even n the smallest way…

Steve’s Barking; Do they really not take campaign contributions from the super rich?

 Here we go again…. There are certain politicians who swear up and down that they don’t take campaign contributions from the super rich, or even the rich because they can’t be bought….How do these politicians know…After all most super rich don’t have their names in the light like Musk and Zuckerberg The fact of the matter no matter how rich you are, you can’t give more then $2,300 and if you’re are a corporation you $5,000 Is the maximum amount you can give anyone candidate….So what is the maximum amount the Alexandria Ocasio- Cortes and the Elizabeth Warren’s take…Are their campaign pledges of they can’t be bought because they don’t take campaign contributions from the rich just a bunch of hokum…

Steve’s Barking; A different take on the Middle East

 I have a different take on the Middle East ( Israel and Palestinians). 

 By all indications there will never be any “peace” in the area called Israel or if you prefer Palestine and this being due to Muslim infighting. What you might say…I see it as the various Sunni factions trying to prove that they and they alone can chase the non Muslims ( including non believing  Muslims) to there way of being a Muslim…there are several faction of these group of Muslims the biggest being Hamas .. who is big enough to take on Israel….and in their minds they must take on Israel as the smaller I’m a better  Sunni Muslim groups take on Israel… Added to the mix is the Shite Muslims ( whom Iran feels that they are their  leader…They must prove that they are the leaders that will rid the land of non Muslims and Muslims should follow their lead…They want to prove that they are the strongest to take on Israel and follow them… Ever so often these groups will join forces… but that is rare ….none of the factions want to help each other to much… for they feel that they would lose the advantage…. 

*** The reason I wrote this piece is a rebuttal to a piece I read stating what we get wrong about this so called Hamas Israeli war….

*** I partially base my thinking on Muslim infighting’s on other parts of the region and globe…and I believe it’s all connected…

*** There is infighting in all religious groups…who’s the more righteous….

*** One unfortunate thing of us humans part of our DNA is cruelty…

Steve’s Barking; What economist don’t understand about the new economy

 Nowhere in the history of American economy has The job rate been so low 3 1/2 percent, even though there are firings at a high level. Never n the course of  history ( except n war) has there been so many jobs been unfulfilled as there is right now in the United States. Never in the course of history of economics has there been such a large Amount of retirees who do not need to work and have large discretionary income. When The economist look at the economy they don’t look at retirees. Maybe the percentage of retirees are not well off. But actual numbers there are great many retirees, who have a lodge discretionary income. And until the time of the economist start looking at retirees, who will not fill the jobs that are needed discretionary income, they will not understand the truth about the economy!!!

Steve’s Barking; what do Palestinians want?

 What do Palestinians want? I’m not asking this question to self righteous, Europeans, Americans, or people who haven’t been living in the Middle East for decades? I’m really curious? What do Palestines really want? 

 Do they want a Sunni nation. Do they want a Shite nation? A non sectarian nation? It doesn’t matter as long as they are Muslim? Would they settle for separate states or must it be me state that prior to WWII was called Palestine that would include what is now Israel? What should happen to the non Muslims living there? Do a large minority want Jews dead? Can most of the Palestinians answer these questions freely or can they answer these questions at all?

Steve’s Barking; Hey Hey Hey Hamas how many Palestinians did you kill today?

When Hamas attacked Israel in horrible and terrible way with all due meanness they didn’t just kill Jews and Israelites they doomed Palestinians for a terrible retaliation meaning the killing and maiming of Palestinians in Gaza. This is something that Hamas knows or at least should know, for every time the make an excursion into Israel, the retaliation is ten fold. Because of how horrific this excursion was, you can expect many thousands of Palestinians to die. I’m stating that not only did Hamas kill Israelites they doomed tens of thousands of Palestinians to greater impoverishment and death.

Unfortunately there are many people in this world such as Hamas, Hezbolla ,    Isis who enjoy doing evil on their fellow human beings and they don’t care if their people are who are hurt or die.

I personally don’t think Iran was involved with this attack because they are Shia and Hamas is Sunni and they don’t like each other almost as they dislike Israelis….

 There are enablers all over the place…. There the ones who make excuses …. There the ones who encourage evil ( Oh your being terribly treated in this ( make believe) apartheid state, you must resist…

Steve’s Barking; Did governments create Google monopoly?

 I just can’t help but think 🤔 did government(s) help Google become almost monopolistic. Didn’t governments ( especially EU) hinder Microsoft internet endeavor because it was too much of vertical monopoly. The claim being that it stifled competition. Along came Google with a better search engine. All of a sudden even other search engines were using Google.  Perhaps 🤔 if governments were so hard on Microsoft there might be better search engines.

Now there are other search engines and unfortunately they don’t carry much weight. The fact of the matter for myself I use 4 different search engines. Duck Duck go for privacy, Bing for AI. Google which has been going down hill for lack of competition recently, until now, and IO ( which is really Google).

I remember first using AOL, then Yahoo until …. Google came along and wiped away the competition. . Perhaps 🤔 it was the fear of government or just poor leadership in other companies that their search engines lost it luster…

Now personally I believe in competition, it makes for better products… it’s up to the competition of Google to prove it had a better product…

Steve Barking; American economics is in the perfect storm ⛈️

 Woe is me United States is in a perfect storm. There are strikes in the car 🚗 industry, congress ( House of Representatives) has no leader, the entertainment industry  ( movies , streaming and TV ) appears to be in the shi***, because of strikes….and the average consumer will have a hard time buying tickets…interest rates are rising at the fastest pace I can remember….the central banks are in a panic 😱 mode on inflation…..there are more jobs then there are workers….the civil service ( local and nationally) is in the 💩 crapper because there aren’t enough workers doing  the jobs….Amazon and Google are both under fire 🔥 for being monopolies….our highway 🛣️ and byways are in terrible 😞 shape, along with electrical grid, with inadequate people power to fix them ….so woe is my country…. Oh I almost forgot, colleges and universities are under 🔥….. let’s not forget there is a housing shortage and mortgages are through the roof .

  Is Russia holding the line no matter how many of their soldier citizens die or are wounded. That appears to be what’s happening in the Russo Ukraine war. The disinformation war Russia appears to be kicking the West’s behind. It seems that Putin can pay his prostitute to due his bidding, forcing “Ukraine to sue for peace”.  It’s a strategy…… which maybe Russia’s way of thinking of maybe not….
