Steve’s Barking; Leavng NYC, the numbers don’t add up!

 According to the census over half a million people left NYC…The housing shortage in NYC is getting worse…The price of housing hasn’t dropped….

 Now if over a half a million people people left the city one can reasonably expect there to be more houses  and rental living space on the market…that doesn’t seem to be the case…Even if all the migrants were to get living space there are 5 times the amount of people who supposedly left the city then there are migrants…hmmm. 

 Well maybe landlords are hoarding livings space and losing money on Real estate taxes.. Mortgages and simple things like repairs …

 Maybe the landlords are turning these living spaces into Airbnb but there is a crack in NYC on Airbnbs…

 Perhaps there are even renters who are claiming to live in another state for lower tax purposes, but are really living in rent control apts…

 Perhaps 🤔 yes perhaps the census Bureau is messing up….

Steve’s Barking; Is USA 🇺🇸 turning into a wuss nation

 They are picking on me, so says president 45 The election wasn’t fair! I have no real proof so I’ll make it up as all good wussies do. I have my trained wuss seals to chear me on. So says president wuss. President 45 is the only one, we now have trie and quadruple sexual persons ( what ever that is) complaining of because no picked on why a great majority couldn’t care less, just leave us alone and we will not bother you. Nooo 🫨 these what ever sexual beings say, you must cater to us..Another sign 🪧 of wussifcation of  the US of A…

Steve’s Barking; What if plagiarism is not plagiarism 🤔

 😱 what if plagiarism isn’t really plagiarism( WTF) . What if a writer writes something that another author wrote possibly even word for word and had no idea that other person had write it. 

 I know of a musician who wrote a piece and before he could record it some one else had recorded a similar almost exact melody, to my knowledge there was no way that this musician could have known what the other had composed.

 Getting a little more personal I wrote short children story about children who protected dragons ( I called it Hiding  the Dragon) it was very similar in idea 💡 as the Children’s cartoon How To Train Your Dragon that came out several months after I had finish writing my story for my daughter.The ideas 💡 of the two were similar.

 I was in the midst of writing a story about a retired man who had just lost his wife, as I was writing this story a movie came out about a retired man who just lost his wife. The last name of the character my character and the last name of the character in the movie was Schmitt. After seeing the movie 🎥 I was so disheartened I never completed the story.

 In one of my blogs I stated that it may not be wise to give reparations sighting the Country of Zimbabwe, little did I know that 3 years earlier Colman Hugh’s  said the same  thing. I used some of the same phrasing as Mr Hugh’s even though at the time I had never heard of him. Gee I thought I was so original.

 ***The point of this piece is to state that sometimes idea, and even exact phrasing can come out of different persons without the second person knowing or even realizing it…I imagine that one can even use the same phrasing and the same examples when writing ✍️ research paper without realizing that this has been done before…

Steve’s Barking; Brief history of modern day Israel

 In the late 1800s Jews n Europe faced hardship and death because of discrimination against their religion and what many in Europe believed being Jewish was part of a race..Out of this fear of programs and physical abuse that had been going on for centuries Zionism was born… There was a proposal that the Jews would have to find their own country…Even if that country was in Africa or some other continent ..As the looking for a country that the Jews could settle into and create a lace to call their own there was a discussion that the ottoman area called Palestine was sparsely populated ( Ottoman census and and Europeon and American visitors such as Mark Twain claimed it so) The start of the 20th century a small trickle of European Jews started to arrive along with a much larger contingent of Arabs. Now it’s my understanding that the European Jews bought up land from the Turks who owned much of the land..After World War 1 Great Britain was given the land as a protective..They had promised both the Jews and the Arabs the same land ( simplified by my part). There was great animosity on both the Arab and the Jews part..Even though there was a small population of both Jews and Arabs that lived in this land together even before the Romans conquered the land, and hadn’t left when the Romans left….There were riots in 1920 and 1929 for fear of Jewish ( Zionist) immigration (?) …..During the 20s and the 30s the Jewish population grew 6 times…There was attacks on Jews during this time as there was attacks on Arabs by Jews ( ?) …After WW II the immigration from Europe  by Jews increased 10 fold even as he British tried to hold down the immigration, but the Jews from Europe were desperate….Israel with the blessing of the United Nations became a nation in 1948… By all appearances the Arab nations didn’t want ( giving them the benefit of doubt) didn’t want what they proceeded as a European nation in there mist..

****Israel has changed in the 75 Years since it has become a nation…Many of the European Jews looked down on the Jews who were there. That has changed…Israel has opened its land to Ethiopian Jews though many of the European Israelis didn’t want them and even some called into question if the Ethiopian Jews were real Jews…that question has become mute..Even though there is still some discrimination against the Ethiopian Jews they are excepted…Israel was a a socialist state when it first came into existence but that changed with the great influx of Russians ( who might have been welcomed to bolster the non Arab population)…Jews from Arab nations flocked to Israel to run from the anti-Jewish Arab states… They just as their early European brethren needed an escape from injustice and murder…The Mizarchi Jews are more suspicious of the Palestinians the original ashkenazi ….

 Israel is no longer a European dominated socialist state but a capitalist mixed ethnic state ( though majority Jewish religion)  … One of the biggest problems with Israel is the orthodox sect that will not go to the army and is living on the states dime and there is a resentment.

 *****This blog is a shorten version of my thoughts…And it’s something that I don’t hear or read about, though I believe it’s the most honest about the state of Israel.

 

Steve’s Barking; Palestine PowerPlay

  This is another one of my blogs that is going against conventional wisdom….Most if not all those who claim to be protecting Palestinians are only just trying to show their superiority to all of their brothers…

(1) Let’s look at 1948 when the Arab league ( Syria, Egypt, Jordan, and Iraq) attacked the new state in the region, the question is where were the Palestinians? How many troops did they supply?

(2) Why are the various Muslims not joining forces to defeat Israel? Is it because they want to prove to there fellow Muslims that they are superior Muslims? *** This Muslim civil war is not just fighting Israel, it’s fighting among themselves, think of Al-Qaeda and Isis who are both Sunni Muslims but they both attacked their brother Sunnis and each other…This can be one of the reasons there is a Hamas and Islamic jihad in  the Gaza Strip, and it  who are self righteous and they seem to only help each other out only so far just for “show”. Now we have in the North of Israel in Lebanon Hezbollah to my understanding a mostly Shia backed strongly by Iran who believes that it is the holder of the true Muslim Shia…possibly because of the various distrust of one the Sunnis Iran will only go so far in helping Hamas ( my thoughts). There is an other party who believes that they are the rightful leader and conquerors of what they perceive as interlopers from Europe trying to colonize Arab land ( PLO). They at one time the projected themselves are the protectors of Arab sovereignty and nationalism even though the Palestinians had very few soldiers in the Arab League.

 It appears to this writer that none of these groups really care about the Palestinian people, but there actions are more about power and if a large part of their population is killed or maimed so be it..

 I’m not one of those people who believe that Iran is helping Hamas that much…If some one can prove that I’ll listen and apologize. 

 The optimum word is prove

 I’m a jelly donut and Dunkin’ Donuts aren’t real donuts 🍩. Have you seen Peter Potamus’s U Tube video of which I’m on?

 How many times have you seen someone proclaiming that there a doctor and that vaccines are bad for you, just the opposite, you would be an absolute idiot if you didn’t get your shots. How about the the one that proclaims that he or she is an EX CIA officer and that Russia is going to win the Ukraine Russo war in the next 3 days or that Russia is on the verge of collapse. What about those claiming to be Palestinians that proclaim the virtue of Israel. Or the ones claiming to be ex IDF officer stating the war crimes of Israel. We’re do they get some of these ex American 🇺🇸 army officers who as I listen to them scare me 😱 half to death ☠️ for there ignorance is something to be hold and they are the ones who are supposed to be protecting me.

Steve’s Barking; In the matter of Clarence Thomas

 Oh no 😟, there are sooo many people who say that Clarence Thomas is so not suited for the Supreme Court of the United States 🇺🇸…There are those who call him an Uncle Tom even though his name is Clarence and maybe 🤔 he has nieces and nephews there by he can be called an Uncle Clarence…Now I don’t like his decisions on the court as a majority of my fellow countrymen do…I will not attack his decisions for if I do I’m not just attacking him I’m attacking the whole judicial system of the United States…

 Now I’ve read that Justice Thomas was as radical a black man as there was when he was going to Yale Law…Now I understand that after receiving his law degree he had a difficult finding a job… I get the feeling that this was a rude awakening…I also get the feeling though I might be totally wrong that the black radical lawyers ignored him…I also get the feeling ( again And might be wrong) it was the white ( conservatives)  personage who showed him warmth and giving him a different prospective on life and the law…

*** Calling a black person an Uncle Tom or an Aunt Jemima by a black person is really a put down of one’s self in my opinion.

*** Does a one time dirt poor person who takes advantage of a wealthy person giving personal favors not understandable though it might be wrong, but who among us can cast the first stone….

Steve’s Barking; The cost of health care🤮

 The cost of healthcare in the 🌍 world is extremely expensive 💵. No matter what you hear the cost of healthcare percentage of GDP is not that much different in the good old USA then any other country, the difference between countries is if the money is front loaded (taxes and buying health insurance) or back loaded, co-pay percentage , or the percentage of the bill is out of pocket.

We n the States look at the expense of back cost not the whole cost…..

I myself would like to see a national health insurance plan modeled after congresses healthcare plus to take care of things like dental 🦷 and eyesight 🤓 back end cost on a sliding scale as to not make the impoverished more poor…

Steve’s Barking; We need people ( as much as money)

 What wrong with these people that are elected to represent us. All they do is talk about money… Crap it takes an eternity to get a new or renew your passport….Try getting a new seat Socal Security card . I can just imagine applying for Social Security. …The bureaucracy is broken in the United States…. I can just imagine if a person falls on hard time, I’m sure the money is there but I’m not to sure  the people who dole out the money is fully staffed…I see the roads in my home town that are so full of pot holes that the repair  people are are shouting out with glee…if the money is there, are the people there people to repair the roads?

 

Steve’s Barking; We don’t need no stinken term limits

 With the whole sale leaving of members( Republicans )of the US House of  Representatives it seems to me we don’t need no stinken term limits. Oh did I state that there are an awful lot of old fart Democrats who will soon be dying out…. The shame of it all, we the people have no chance to vote them out of office….

Steve’s Barking; “Why a whole lot of college students don’t need college”

 As I’ve been told college is very expensive…. Now I don’t understand why someone who knows everything needs to go college….. It seems to me that’s just a waste of money after all a lot of these students think that they know more then their professors….That. being the case the college administrators are stealing the know it alls money…..

Steve’s Barking; Is free speech a government thing only?

In my country everyone claims it their right to say what ever the F the want to say… but aha how dare you say what I don’t believe “I” must drown you out…How dare you insult me with different  set of facts that I know are wrong….So say the students who protest guest speakers, even though the speakers present an argument that does no harm…

 There were pictures placed in my city of what Hamas did to civilians that were ripped down by Pro Palestinian protesters…What would they say if a group of citizens tried to ban pictures of Gaza being destroyed and children dying …. “It’s my right to show the world” is in all likelihood the argument these self righteous persons would say…

 This is not a left wing phenomena… just look at the banning of almost noncontroversial books because in some one’s mind it will turn their children into g-d knows what…

 I wonder if I had enough followers would I be verbally attacked and someone say ban him Steve from Google.

The constitution of the United States say that there shall be no law in most cases banning the freedom of “expression” ( that’s paraphrasing the constitution) but it seems that it doesn’t stop people living here from destroying other peoples right to free expression….

Steve’s Barking; Pro American football not as good 👎

 Pro American football 🏈 is not as good as in the olden days even though the football 🏈 players are way more talented and athletic than in them days of yesteryears. WTF 😳 if footballers are more talented and athletic then how can it be that the game is not as good as in way back when? Well….football is a game that has to be played every seven days. The players need time to heal…. The couches need time to prepare…There weren’t as many games…The amount of games takes a great toll upon the players even though there are only half the amount of preseason games ( that’s why I don’t take the first three weeks seriously ) .

**I know that football 🏈 is a business and the networks get great ratings, it’s just that the games aren’t as good as yesteryear…..
