Steve’s Barking; Will congress do it’s job

 The House of Representatives is in charge of raising revenue. Who or what says so, Why the constitution of the United States says so in section 7 and 8(not the seventh  or eighth amendments as some slow person may look up). So  it’s not up to the president to raise or lower taxes it’s up to ta da congress. Will change congress do something it’s reluctant to do lately and that’s do it’s job by either passing a tariff increase or will it close its eyes and let the president do something that’s not in the constitution .
