WTF can this idiot being saying that the perfect state to build AI hubs after all is a high tax state!
Ah but New York State has an abundance of water not to mention the ability to produce electricity through hydro, wind and gas.
Ah but Texas and Virginia have non existent taxes or much have lower taxes.
The problem with that thinking is you can always lower taxes but you can’t increase natural resources that the hubs need.
