Steve's barking: what ever happened to it's good to have a devalued currency

Not to long ago watching the boob tube I heard commentators worrying about the strong dollar, and how that would hurt our (manufactures) trading. Now I hear these same commentators say holy Sh*t, Russia's in trouble, there currency collapsed.
