The US Supreme Court made a mistake… No not that ruling that individual states could not allow Trump on the ballot…That was in this buffoon’s opinion the exact right thing to do (nah I wouldn’t get into that).The problem is that the court should rule if the president has absolute immunity asap. Elections are coming up and though it might seem prudent to wait it’s not. Elections for the president is closing in faster then one likes to think. This ruling is of national importance and unrest in the nation will happen no matter what the decision is, but the closer to the election the greater the divide.
*** Now I know that defense lawyers like delay but because of the national interest all the trials on weather the 45th president was part of an insurrection should have been over by now. The same is true with any court decision that would put the 45th president in jail should have been over by now. If trials are held now the presidential election probably will be in turmoil. If convicted in federal court and 45 is elected there is no doubt 45 will pardon himself and it would be very doubtful that he would be removed from office leaving the country in chaos.
