The department of labor jobs report for September shows 194,000 new jobs. Now if I’m not mistaken they get their information from a telephone ☎️ survey of employers.
ADP reports that was September new jobs in the civilian workforce was 568,000. Now if I’m not mistaken they also get their information from a telephone survey of employers.
Now if they both get their inform from telephone ☎️ surveys why the huge discrepancy?
Now as far as I can tell none, zero, zilch news reporting ( conservative, liberal, honest and dishonest) questioned this mountainous discrepancy!
* Can jobs reports be trusted?
** Are Trump appointments fudging the job reports from the department of labor?
*** Wouldn’t the IRS collecting of payroll taxes be a better indicator ( I know wouldn’t do for our instant gratification).
🤷 Why is ADP report 3X as many jobs as the department of labor. That’s an extremely troublesome figure.
