Steve's barking at negative job creating

Negative job creating, can't be. Most people never heard of it.
That's because I just made it up like a lot economic terms on my blog.
Negative job creating is trying to create job in a hostile liquid environmental(huh)?
I'll try to make matters simple, the congress of the United States refuses to help create jobs because of fiscal resistance. (Still don't understand it)?
OK, The president's not going to get is job bill passed by congress.
The country is going to lose 20,000 from Bank of America.
The country is in all probability going to lose 160,000 postal jobs.
No new shovel ready jobs despite the president going from county to county.
No ones trying to save the jobs that are being lost by those two major employers, hence the therm negative job creating.
